再者，何岳曾赴京应试，途中于旅舍中发现一包裹，内藏银百两。彼时，旅舍主人外出未归，何岳料定此银乃他人所遗，便将其妥善保存，直至主人返回，方完璧归赵。主人感激涕零，欲分银相赠，何岳依旧婉言谢绝。

Once upon a time, there was a scholar named He Yue who was walking on a mountain path one night when he accidentally found a bag of gold coins, weighing about ten taels. At first, he felt very happy upon seeing the gold, but then he thought that it did not belong to him, so he stopped and left the gold where it was, waiting for the rightful owner to come back and return it. The next day, indeed, an old farmer came looking for his lost gold, and after He Yue confirmed its authenticity, he returned it to the man. The farmer was deeply moved by his honesty and wanted to reward him with money, but He Yue firmly declined.

Furthermore, He Yue once traveled to the capital to take an examination. During his stay at an inn, he discovered a bundle containing a hundred taels of silver. Since the innkeeper was out at the time, He Yue assumed that this money must have been left behind by another guest. He carefully kept the package until the owner returned and gave it back in full. The owner was extremely grateful and offered to share some of the silver as a token of appreciation, but He Yue politely refused again.
